Representative Team Guide
Selection criteria
- - Youth, middle, and high school students aged 12+
- - Basic volleyball skills required (beginners should join regular class first)
- - Strong tournament motivation and teamwork mindset
- - Able to balance academics and training
Training schedule
- - Regular training once a week (weekends or weekday evenings)
- - 120-minute intensive training (fitness + skills + tactics)
- - Additional special sessions before tournaments
- - Academic schedule considered during exam periods
